Lawyer of UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico).
He studied a Specialty in Tax Law in the Postgraduate UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico).
He has taken several seminars and courses in environmental law, he also has a Diploma in Regulation and a Diploma in Regulatory Impact, by the Comisión Federal de Mejora Regulatoria.
He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Constitutional Law and Legal Argumentation at the ITESO (Technological Institute of Higher Studies of the West).
Guest speaker in different forums (Association of Industrial Salto, COPARMEX, CONCAMIN, ANIQ, has also given training courses on environmental legislation for various companies (Procter & Gamble, MINSA, Pennwalt Petrochemical, Mancera Ernst & Young, BASF, Oxiteno, Coca Cola).
